Strategy, engineering and delivery stay with the same small team. Where a project needs specialist support, who is involved and what they can access is agreed in the engagement — not discovered afterwards.
Scope before build
Paid work starts from a written scope: outcomes, assumptions, responsibilities, fees, third-party costs, review points, and what happens after go-live. The keep-or-stop gate is part of the scope, not a favour.
Controls sized to the risk
Minimum necessary access, explicit approval gates, logging that a reviewer can walk, protected credentials, and a fallback path where the workflow calls for one. The same five controls ship with every delivered workflow.

Responsible AI and data use
Work starts from a defined workflow, not a model choice. Placement follows the records: air-gapped and on-premise first, sovereign cloud where local hardware isn't warranted, approved cloud only where you allow it.
The providers involved in a deployment are disclosed in the engagement, each service is sent only what it needs, and a person stays responsible for every decision the workflow reaches.
Security reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this site or an Airon system, email enquiries@aironsystems.com with the affected URL, a clear description, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access, alter or retain other people's data.
Security controls are selected for each engagement. We do not claim certifications or audit results that have not been independently earned.
Engagement clarity
A website enquiry is not an engagement. Before paid work begins, the written agreement sets deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, payment terms, ownership, privacy responsibilities and support.
Higher-risk work can add an NDA, data-processing terms, a security schedule or an agreed incident path.
Accessibility target
We aim to move this site toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A working target, not a certification.
